ACE Financial Solutions International (ACE FSI) provides non-traditional insurance, reinsurance and retrocessional solutions for international companies. The ACE FSI programs are custom-designed to meet the unique needs of each client. The programs provide significant risk transfer and can cover various types of underlying exposure.
ACE FSI offers two types of products:
- Structured products — Prospective programs providing stable capacity over a multi-year period (typically three to five years). ACE FSI's portfolio includes a number of retrocessional programs covering natural peril exposures, such as hurricanes and earthquakes.
- Loss portfolio transfers — Retrospective programs transferring uncertain future payment obligations related to past liabilities
ACE FSI is a subsidiary of ACE Bermuda Insurance, Ltd. (ACE Bermuda) and operates as a servicing company on behalf of ACE Bermuda.
