The ACE Group of Companies announced today that it has appointed Robert Brack Senior Vice President of Claims Services for ACE Overseas General, the Company’s international network of insurance operations.
Based in Philadelphia, Mr. Brack will report to Roger Day, Executive Vice President and Head of Claims for ACE Overseas General. Mr. Brack will oversee the development of appropriate and effective claims operations in Latin America, Asia Pacific and Europe, and ensure their efficiency and effectiveness in solving customer service needs.

Prior to joining ACE, Mr. Brack was a Senior Manager with Accenture in New York. Before joining Accenture, Mr. Brack served as a regional claim representative for Guardian Royal Exchange Group and as a litigation manager for General Accident/CGU.
Mr. Brack received a bachelor’s degree in History and Political Science from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
