ACE Limited (NYSE: ACE) announced today that Lori Samson, Executive Services Director, has been named Chief Administration Officer for Bermuda-based operations. In this role Ms. Samson assumes the administrative responsibilities of Keith White, Executive Officer, Bermuda Companies, who will retire at the end of the year after 17 years of service.
Ms. Samson’s new responsibilities include oversight for ACE’s philanthropic and corporate giving, sponsorship, budgeting, facilities management, business continuity planning, the human resources function in Bermuda and administrative oversight for ACE Limited. Ms. Samson, who joined ACE in 1990, will assume her new responsibilities October 1 and retain her current responsibilities for executive and board compensation matters.
Mr. White also joined ACE in 1990 and has held a number of senior administrative positions including Chief Administration Officer and Head of Global Human Resources. Since November 2004, he has had executive responsibilities for ACE’s Bermuda-based operations and administrative oversight for ACE Limited.
