Insurance Group of North America (INA) has announced that it has just launched INA Agent Access TM , which offers real time "anytime, anywhere" quoting capabilities for all of its specialty insurance product lines* sold through licensed distribution partners. With this new technology, INA becomes one of the first specialty insurance providers to offer such a service, allowing insurance agents to provide immediate quotes to their clients – as well as insurance information and application data – without being tied to a proprietary quoting software system.
The final phase of this year-long project was completed today, following the successful rollout of the web enablement service for the remaining specialty insurance products: collector auto, motorcycle, recreational vehicle, and manufactured homes. This follows the introduction last year of such a quoting capability for INA Marine, INA Cross Border Insurance and INA Disaster Mortgage Protection.
The INA Agent Access TM site allows agents to customize coverage parameters, to email accurate, bindable quotes to their customers in a streamlined, efficient manner, and to access all INA products through the Internet.
"We want to make INA synonymous with service for our distribution partners and our insureds. As an insurance provider, we recognize that our partners and their clients have special needs. By delivering a real time quoting system, we have now given them a web solution to quoting and binding," said Kurt R.
