ACE USA, the U.S. operations of ACE Limited (NYSE: ACL), has named Gregory W. Springer casualty executive. Springer will manage and provide oversight for the various casualty products and services managed by ACE USA’s business units.
“Gregg's background and 23 years of experience will be very valuable to us in this new role,” said Dennis Reding, president & CEO of ACE USA. “He will be a major contributor to the success of our operation and a valuable member of our team.”
Springer joins ACE USA from Aon Risk Services where he was the managing director of the Strategic Risk Management Group and was responsible for operations and the professional casualty practice. During his tenure with Aon, Springer also served as president & CEO of Aon Group (Bermuda) Ltd. where he was responsible for the reinsurance broking, wholesale broking, capital markets product development and captive management operations for all of Aon’s operations in Bermuda.

Springer is a graduate of the Oklahoma Christian University, where he received a B.S. in management and accounting.
