Welcome to ACE Advantage Benefits Overview for North America
As a benefits-eligible employee,* you will be able to enroll in the benefits offered in the ACE USA Benefits Program. This comprehensive program of employee benefits is designed to give you and your family the flexibility to select the benefits you want and need.
We encourage you to take an early look at the 2010 ACE Advantage Benefits Overview, so that you can consult with your family prior to your first day on the job, and be ready to enroll on your first day at work. This brochure includes important information about the ACE USA Benefits Program, the specific benefit plans available to you, and the steps to enroll.
As you read through the kit, take note of the ACE Advantage Points for important and useful information. When you arrive at work, you will have access to ACE Connect, our global intranet, where you will be able to access the summary plan descriptions (SPDs) for plan exclusions and limitations. Please note that the SPDs provide only a summary of these benefits. The details about each plan are provided in the official plan documents, including, if applicable, insurance contracts. If there are inconsistencies among the 2010 ACE Advantage Benefits Overview, the SPDs and the official plan documents, the official plan documents will prevail.
