Global Human Resources Officer, ACE Group
Phillip Cole joined ACE Group as Global Human Resources Officer in June 2004. As Global Human Resources Officer, Phillip is responsible for all of the group’s human resources (HR) operations, providing support to HR groups within the Insurance – North America and Insurance – Overseas General business segments, as well as to the HR group responsible for personnel in Bermuda.
