ACE encourages the development of local and regional initiatives, which reflect our employees’ commitment to the needs of the communities in which they live and work. ACE employees direct a significant portion of the company’s charitable giving. Through our matching gift program, the Foundations will match employee contributions to qualifying charitable organizations. In addition, through our employee volunteerism program, ACE contributes to any non-profit group that benefits from at least 40 hours volunteered annually by an ACE employee.  Below is a partial list of ACE Employee activities:
