ACE supports the communities around the world in which our employees live and work through its established ACE Foundations and through company-sponsored volunteer initiatives. We believe that positive contributions to the fabric of our communities return long-lasting benefits to society, our employees, and our company.

Philosophy / Focus Areas

At ACE, we focus our philanthropic support in the areas of education, poverty and health, and the environment. Particular consideration is given to opportunities where ACE employees' time and expertise can be utilized in addition to financial support. 

We try to increase the impact of our philanthropic activity by forming partnerships with other organizations. Among ACE's wide-ranging global philanthropic initiatives:

• Provide support to BanIgualdad, a Chilean non-profit organization that brings micro-loans and education to more than 1,400 women and their families living in rural Chile
• Provide microfinance and education to nearly 3 million women living in rural Mexico with Freedom from Hunger’s Credit with Education program
• Commitment to education through the establishment of the ACE Hope School in China
• Support for girls’ education in China through Half the Sky Foundation
• Critical support for Casa Hope’s infantile cancer treatment center in Brazil
• Support for Seoul National University Hospital’s children's safety programs
• Support for the important work the International Red Cross is doing to educate people about HIV/AIDS

Employee Engagement

ACE encourages the development of local and regional initiatives, which reflect our employees’ commitment to the needs of the communities in which they live and work. ACE employees direct a significant portion of the company’s charitable giving.

Through our matching gift program, the Foundations will match employee contributions to qualifying charitable organizations. In addition, through our employee volunteerism program, ACE contributes to any non-profit group that benefits from at least 40 hours volunteered annually by an ACE employee.
